This is the ideal training for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, people with disabilities and anyone who has been marginalized due to systemic oppression. In addition to the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga we will take a deep dive into making the world a more just and equitable place.
White allies are encouraged to do the deep work of assessing how they benefit from white supremacy and the actions needed to fight the systems of oppression that affect so many.
Centering marginalized voices: These trainings will have guest speakers from diverse communities to provide well rounded culturally sensitive learning environment.
Our 200 Hour training helps you teach yoga to a broad range of students with differing abilities, body types, conditions, and perspectives.
You’ll learn body mechanics, anatomy and physiology, class design, and equitable cueing. All 8 limbs of yoga will be studied. Plus, you’ll get a foundation in social justice as it pertains to your yoga and teaching practice.

Gwen graduated from Dianne’s first YTT class in 2011, and is now an ERYT-200HR.
She realized what she learned was too good to keep to herself! She has continued to assist Dianne in her live and online teacher trainings.
Gwen has completed workshops in Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark, Restorative Yoga with Cyndi Lee, and Hatha yoga with Doug Keller.
Gwen is an advocate for mental health and wellness in the veterinary profession.
As a practicing chiropractor and acupuncturist since 2003, Dr. Nguyen has incorporated her Chiropractic and Acupuncture training into her treatment of patients.
With a wealth of movement certifications (Stottt Pilates Rehabilitative Training, 200hr and 300 hr RYTT, 200 Hour Meditation, and CranioSacral Therapy, Ariel Yoga TT), Dr. Son is wildly passionate about educating herself and others in functional and healing movement practices.
Dr. Son will be leading the anatomy-physiology modules in the 200 and 300 HR RYTT.
Joviane is a British Mauritian yoga practitioner and educator and a passionate advocate for humanity. Based just outside of the UK’s second city of Birmingham (London adjacent) she is the founder of Esprit Yoga studio.
She is a 500 hour Yoga Master that teaches Hatha, Nidra, Pre & Postnatal and Yin Inclusive Accessible Yoga for All
When she is not teaching yoga you will find her running Yoga Teacher Training workshops on Accessibility, Intersectionality and Privilege. Her philosophy is to ensure that yoga remains connected to its roots and is accessible to all.
When all of your homework is handed in and assignments completed succesfully. Dianne will create and email you your certificate and assist you in getting your YTT with the Yoga Alliance.
Any sessions conducted live will be recorded and made available in the student portal.

200 HR:
Our 200 HR RYTT is now available all-year round in a self-paced, online format. All of the material will be presented during this time. The course is designed to be completed over six (6) months at your pace. You will have an additional six months to complete all of requirements.

The pricing is US $3,800 and allows us to provide the scholarship program. Payments can be broken up over a number of months.
