Downward Dog is the quintessential yoga pose! Because it is so popular, it can be hard to avoid. Surprisingly, Downward Dog is often referred to as a "resting pose" - even though it is so challenging on the wrists, shoulders, hamstrings, low back, thighs, and more. 

But Downward Dog doesn't have to be so challenging. In this lesson, you'll learn how to customize your Downward Dog so that it is easier on your body. By the end of this practice, you'll have the confidence to adjust Downward Dog without anyone else’s assistance. Having this knowledge will allow you to practice with freedom at home, and in the studio.
